In 2009, we also activated a multifunction portal dedicated to the customer. The portal is customised for each customer. You can require and check quotations, forward and check your orders, dispaly statistical data on the lead times of the items required and pay the parts you have ordered by using your credit card.

Helicopters Italia meets the requests of the Operators of Airbus Helicopters and SAFRAN H.E. engines for new spare parts and standard exchange parts. We also provide repair and overhaul of dynamic assemblies, engines and equipment, providing the parts directly from our warehouse and using high-quality suppliers of services.
We have the biggest warehouse in Italy of Airbus Helicopters and SAFRAN H.E. spare parts and we manage more than 30,000 items. We offer an integrated and customised service: from the reception of the order to the delivery of the spare parts at your facilities, we take charge of the whole logistics cycle and we can provide any item, since we can rely on a wide chain of qualified suppliers and of consolidated partnership with the main Manufacturers.
If the item that you are looking for is not available in stock, you just need to send a request and our staff will work to find it as soon as possible.
All spare parts are supplied by qualified suppliers and are accompanied by their related documents, in compliance with the current regulation.
FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY
From your request for quotation to the delivery of the item at your premises, a feedback system will allow you to monitor each phase of your order. We also provide a follow-up service as to inform you in a timely manner of the return of the core units of standard exchange orders.
For what concerns the shipment of goods, we can arrange oversize loads and dangerous goods transports and we can take charge of the related transport documents– Customs and others.
